Items for sale
We are the exclusive U.S. service center for Mipro products in conjunction with their US distributor, Avlex corporation.
To obtain warranty service for your Mipro product, please obtain a Repair Authorization by contacting Fred Canning of Avlex Corporation at (816) 581-9103. Be prepared to provide your product model number, serial number and a description of the symptoms. You may be required to fax a copy of your purchase invoice.
Once you have the RA number, print our Service order form and fill in the information requested. Enter the RA number in the field labeled "Warr. Claim #" at the upper right corner of the form. Enclose the Service order form in an envelope and tape it securely to the OUTSIDE of the shipping box.
Pack the unit carefully in the original packaging if possible. If that is no longer available, see our notes on packaging of equipment. Please include all wireless microphones, body packs, charger adapters, etc., so that we may properly test the function of your entire system. Be sure and mark the RA number in large print on the outside of the box. Ship or bring it to our facility.
Special note when shipping MA-707 units: We have had several MA-707's arrive with the power switch in the ON position, which destroys the batteries. We suspect that the switch was bumped on during shipping. (This can also happen with the MA-705.) To decrease this possibility, we suggest that the OFF side of the switch be taped down to the panel using a piece of wide packaging tape. Fold one end of the tape over to make it easier to remove.
For post-warranty service, an RA number is not required unless you are a dealer. Complete the service order form and ship it to us as described above.
