To obtain in-warranty service for your Egnater product, you must provide your purchase receipt (preferably the original).

FIRST, call Egnater at 1-877-EGNATER to obtain a Repair Authorization number.  You will need to provide your model name/number and serial number, and will probably be requested to fax a copy of your purchase receipt to them.
Bring that number with you along with your purchase receipt when you bring the unit to us for service.

If you are shipping the unit to us, please print the Service Order Form.
Fill in the information requested on the form and enclose it along with a good copy of the purchase receipt in an envelope. Tape it securely (cover it with clear shipping tape!) to the outside of the carton near the shipping label.  Please read the notes on safely packaging your amplifier.

Warranty repairs may incur certain costs to the owner such as parts shipping expenses or bench test fees if the problem cannot be verified under test. Tubes and speakers may have a shorter warranty than the circuit boards. Please read the FAQ and your equipment warranty.
