Repair of Professional Audio Equipment
After providing repair services to musicians for 20 years, I am retiring and Preston Electronics will close December 31, 2019.
Due to the time required to process warranty claims, effective immediately we are no longer accepting units for warranty repair.
After October 1, I will be available by APPOINTMENT ONLY. Please call before you come to visit.
For the last couple of years I have been working with an apprentice (Jim Breau of Stolen Winnebagos), and I believe he will be ready to start up his own repair operation in January. I believe he will be able to fill much of the void left by my retirement.
During December, we will accept selected items for repair that Jim will be working on under my supervision. So I will not be cutting off intake completely as I indicated earlier.
If you have an item needing repair, please call us first and let us know the brand and model of your item, as well as the symptom. We will let you know if it is something he is ready to work on.Thank you for your patronage and support for the last 20 years!
